Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) is received. Room rates, taxes and inclusions are shown at the time of booking.

Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times apply and are shown on your booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may carry a charge. A valid government photo ID is required at check-in.

Guest conduct & damages

Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property during their stay. We may refuse service for unlawful or unsafe conduct.

Cancellation

Cancellation and no-show charges follow the policy shown on your booking / rate plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where NiskuStay is registered.
